Question 1

Is it really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Launching a site costs nothing. You earn Deriv markup commission on the trading that happens on it, and your share builds up in your wallet.

Question 2

Do I need to host or build anything?

Accepted Answer

No. Pick a ready-made site, or describe it in one prompt. It runs on infrastructure we manage, so there is no deployment and no server to maintain.

Question 3

Can I use my own Deriv app id?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the wizard choose "Bring my own Deriv app" and enter your app id and client id. Markup is then paid against your app. An admin checks it before your site goes live.

Question 4

How do my visitors sign in?

Accepted Answer

With the Deriv account they already trade on. There is no new password to create, and no personal data changes hands beyond what Deriv already shares when they log in.

Question 5

What happens during review?

Accepted Answer

An admin checks the request before it goes live. You will see the outcome on your dashboard.

Question 6

Can I change things after it is live?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Branding, domains and links stay editable from your app’s own page once it is live. You do not need to resubmit for review.

Question 7

How do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

Your share of the markup lands in your wallet. Request a withdrawal whenever you are ready, and an admin pays it out.
